About ScanReview

We are a near-shore software development firm (Zino MX) with extensive experience designing, building, launching, and maintaining hundreds of SaaS platforms over many years. After project handover, our clients routinely ask the same question: what security should we start with? Our practical answer for most small teams is external attack surface management (EASM) — know what is internet-facing and when it changes — then choose a managed provider or a DIY path that fits size and risk.

While security is not our core development service, we understand that the right solution depends heavily on company size, risk profile, and operations. ScanReview.io was created from our own research and real-world outcomes across our client base. The ownership relationship is disclosed on purpose. Zino MX builds software for clients (including work for PortWarden’s founders) and recommends tools — including PortWarden and competitors — when they fit. Recommendations on this site are situation-based, not a single-vendor pitch. PortWarden should not win every tier; when another tool fits better, we say so.
